The CSIPROP logo is a statement of the company’s firm belief in the stability of property as a form of investment. Traditionally, the cornerstone refers to the first stone set in a construction, which becomes the reference for all other stones and determines the position of the entire structure. Similarly, the principle of Cornerstone’s international property portfolio – good yield with low risk – helps set the tone for our clients’ future investments.
Today, the term ‘cornerstone’ is used in contemporary times to refer to something that is essential, indispensable or basic. This resonates with our conviction that quality interpersonal communication lies at the heart of service. And service is important to us as an events solutions provider (Cornerstone IPC).
The symbol of the cornerstone and our bold typeface signifies strength and solidity – the bedrock of our business fundamentals and values. It is our goal to continually offer solid and viable investments and attend to our clients with integrity and professionalism, “building on what matters” – good products, deep interpersonal relationships, strong growth, and prosperity.
The logo symbol and corporate title are in a brilliant red, symbolising energy, drive and confidence. The tagline is in grey – representing convention, dependence and calmness. Grey is a perfect juxtapose against the red, creating a sense of stability and corporate strength.
Our logo, on black or white background, strongly symbolises our corporate aim to bring to our clients a rewarding and diverse range of properties from a variety of international real estate markets, and provide personalised service as an events solutions provider.
